By submitting a commission request, you agree to these terms and services.

 

Payment and Refund Policy

 

  1. No refund is available for any reason. Only submit a request with money at hand. 
  2. Cancelled payments when it has been sent will be reported as fraud. 
  3. Payment plan via installment is open for discussion.
  4. Accepted payment methods are through PayPal in USD and DeviantArt points.


Shipping and Deadlines

  1. One commission piece takes 1 week up to 3 months since I start the piece. See the progress board here. Commissions that fall under this timeline will not be charged any extra fee.
  2. Submit deadline information for commission requests that require urgent delivery, an example could be a commission for birthday gifts or anniversaries.
  3. Commission requests with no prior informed deadline date will be charged a fee ranging from 5-25 USD per day.
 
Client Rights for Personal or Commercial Use of Artwork

Clients have the right to the appropriate use of artwork ordered.

 

Accepted forms of personal use include:

 

  • Using the artwork for profile photos and personal character’s gallery (such as ToyHou.se, DeviantArt folders, and personal character websites)
  • Using the artwork as reference images for future commissions to other artists. 
  • Printed for personal use in any form for posters, apparel, stickers, etc. 


Accepted forms of commercial use include:

  • Using the artwork for banners, be it digital or traditional media (such as Twitch or stream site banners, video sites like YouTube, or Vimeo)
  • Requires prior discussion: use for a commercial print of merchandise in any form, such as posters, pins, or apparel. 
  1. The rights claimed above for personal use apply without any deadline date.
  2. The rights claimed above for commercial use applies with the agreed deadline date, or purchased legal license for unlimited use. 

Credits and Disclaimer

  1. Clients can’t claim creation over the artwork. 
  2. Credit for personal use is optional, however, it’s appreciated to do so.
  3. Credit for commercial use is obligatory or optional depending on the agreed deal for the request. 
  4. As the artist, I may use the completed pieces for my portfolio, to upload them on my social media or other digital platforms.
